Collaboration by Laure Julien with Christian Dior for their Haute Couture spring summer 2025 collection.

Laure Julien created French bamboo crinolines in her Paris atelier, inspired by light birdcages like whispers. Cutted, splited, sanded and refined, each bamboo strip is created by hand using traditional Japanese craft. The strips are then curved and assembled with a delicate rattan knot, in dialogue with Dior’s Haute Couture workshop.
